- Resin Repel™ technology: Santa Cruz Shredder’s low-friction surface treatment is designed to reduce sticky resin buildup and drag for smoother turning and longer intervals between cleaning.
- Balanced weight & knurled grip: A substantial, balanced feel with textured lid and base edges for a secure grip.
- Precision teeth & strong magnets: The original tooth design works toward an even grind, while a strong rare-earth magnet holds the lid in place.
- Screen & threading: Screen-equipped versions use T304 stainless steel for pollen filtration. The Ripper’s revised threading is designed for smoother assembly and operation.
- Deep beveled dish: A recessed, beveled chamber helps keep material contained while turning.
Care: Normal cleaning should not simply wash away the Resin Repel treatment. Avoid abrasive tools, aggressive scraping, and harsh chemicals that can damage the treated surface.
